A field of 24 men and one woman competed in the 2007 Carolina Mountains Hickory Golf Tournament on May 31st and June 1st at the scenic and challenging Donald Ross Course; Country Club of Asheville. Following are the results:

1st low net was captured by Sonny Chappie from Port Huron, Michigan; 2nd low net was Terry McCreanor, of Marco Island, Florida; and 3rd low net was won by Bob Georgiade, from Durham, North Carolina.

The winner of the Ladies Division was Kathy Chappie, from Port Huron, Michigan.

1st low gross was Rick Woeckener, from Wimauma, Florida, with scores of 73, 79--152 total. 2nd low gross was Tad Moore, GCS Region 3 Director, from Selma, Alabama. The 3rd low gross was last years champion, Steve Neulipp, of Asheville, North Carolina.

The 2008 Carolina Mountains Hickory Golf Tournament will be hosted by John Roth at the newly renovated High Vista Country Club near Asheville. The facility offers an expanded club house featuring a new 40 seat sports pub and a 40 seat dining room offering scenic views of the mountains.
